• Brilliant! It's the first Ramen noodle cook book that makes a single-serving meal from a packet of Ramen - using ordinary ingredients too. I was just amazed at the variety like Mexican, Italian and comfort food ideas that I can make in 5 minutes following stove or microwave directions. I like using my red plastic Ramen dish for many of these recipes. This is perfect for my college-age kids who live on Ramen if I'm not cooking for them. After school, my grandchildren can each choose their own recipe and and cook it themselves following the simple directions.. At this price I'm going to buy them for Christmas stocking stuffers. One more tip if you travel, drop the dry ingredients for a recipe into a baggie and tuck in your suitcase. You can make them in your hotel microwave using one of those plastic Ramen dishes I mentioned.
• We have tried 3 recipes from this book so far and all have been very good. They were very simple to prepare and definitely elevated Ramen to a new level. This would be a great book to send with a college student since many of the recipes can be prepared in the microwave. We will definitely be using these recipes for busy school nights instead of hitting the drive thru. Thanks for the great ideas!
• Really cool book. Easy recipes for quick meals. The microwave options are nice when you don't have the time to heat the water on the stove or want to do one serving. The best part is the recipes are cheap but the recipes don't taste like it. 5 stars!
